If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the game or support services. You may contact us at any time about privacy questions or data requests.

3) Information We Collect

The information processed by the game depends on your device settings, game activity, support activity, region, and whether you grant optional platform permissions. The current iOS source reviewed for this policy supports the following categories:

We do not provide social account login in the current iOS game. Firebase Authentication is used for anonymous sign-in, which helps operate rankings and user-specific game data without requiring an email or password account.

We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location, contacts, health data, payment card details, calendar data, reminders, Bluetooth data, microphone recordings, camera images, or photo library content. If you voluntarily add a file or attachment through a support or feedback flow and the operating system asks for access, we process only the content you choose to submit.

4) How We Use Information

5) Third-Party SDKs and Platform Services

The following third-party SDKs or services are included, linked, or initialized in the Reversi iOS source reviewed for this policy. Third-party SDKs may process data under their own policies to provide advertising, analytics, crash diagnostics, authentication, database, storage, remote configuration, or related services.

Partner policies include:

6) Advertising, Tracking, and Your Choices

We use advertising SDKs to show and measure ads. Advertising partners may process device information, app activity, ad interaction information, approximate information derived from IP address, advertising identifiers, app instance identifiers, and similar signals to deliver, measure, limit, prevent fraud in, and improve ads.

On iOS 14.5 and later, access to IDFA and tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies requires your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you do not grant permission, the game should not access IDFA for tracking, and ads may still appear but may be less personalized.

You can manage tracking and advertising choices in iOS settings, including Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and Apple advertising settings where available. You may also contact us at support@corntree.net to exercise privacy choices available under applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, disclosures of identifiers or app activity to advertising partners for personalized ads, targeted advertising, ad measurement, or attribution may be considered a "sale", "sharing", or "targeted advertising" under some privacy laws.

7) When We Share Information

We may share information in the following situations:

8) Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs.

When data is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or aggregate it where reasonably possible. You may request deletion by contacting us at support@corntree.net. We may keep information where retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate reasons.

9) International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers, such as contractual, technical, organizational, or other legally recognized transfer safeguards.

10) Children

The game is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law, such as under 13 in the United States or under 16 in parts of the European Economic Area where applicable. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without valid authorization. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11) Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, request data portability, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where those concepts apply.

To exercise privacy rights, contact us at support@corntree.net. Please include your game name, country or state, device platform, and the type of request you are making. To protect user data, we may ask for information needed to verify your request.

If you are in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Brazil, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or another region with privacy rights, you may have additional rights under applicable law, subject to legal limitations. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13) Third-Party Links and Ads

Ads, support pages, App Store pages, and other links may take you to third-party services that we do not control. Those third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We do not control how third-party services process data after you leave the game or interact with an ad.

14) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above.
